Exercise Overview
The cable crossover is an isolation exercise that targets the inner and lower chest using a controlled sweeping motion. It provides constant tension throughout the range of motion, making it ideal for shaping and defining the chest.
How To Do It
1. Setup
Adjust the pulleys to the highest position and attach D-handles. Stand centered with a staggered stance.
2. Starting Position
Chest up, shoulders back, core tight. Arms slightly bent and just below shoulder height.
3. Execution
Bring the handles together in front of your body in a smooth arc motion. Squeeze the chest.
4. Return
Slowly return to the starting position while maintaining tension on the cables.
